Shot blasting machine is hook type shot blasting machine. It can remove the rust of work-piece,increase the fatigue resistance of work-piece and paint adhesive force,improve work-piece corrosion resistant performance.we design it using the following key technology and measures：
– Using Q034 TYPE high-efficient type impeller head. Impeller head arrangement according to simulating optimization design by computer software. Make sure that make the best of steel shot and compact work-pieces.
– Feeding work-pieces to shot blasting cabinet is full-automatic.
– The whole machine is sealed tightly., it prevent rust and dust pouring out.
– Using the most advanced separator for improving separation efficiency.
– Using pulse-bags type dust remover.
– Electrical apparatus element use PLC control.
